Senior Treasury Manager

The Senior Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Treasury support across the entire Marvin Business. This finance leader will be directly responsible for bank relationships, cash management, investments, debt, liquidity visibility and cash flow projections. This role will partner closely with the CFO to drive the executive level discussion regarding Treasury activities and provide decision support analytics for a variety of operational endeavors.

Highlights of your role

  • Leadership - This position will have one direct report. Provide guidance to the team member in ongoing career development discussions and opportunities.  Lead by example, value diversity of thought and ensure performance expectations are communicated across the team.  Celebrate success!
  • Business Partner – Financial business partner to the CFO providing comprehensive leadership and support across the entire business on Treasury related activities. Be an active member of the Marvin Investment Committee (401k related) and provide decision support on such topics as share repurchase financial modeling and dividend analysis.
  • Strategic Planning – Take a leadership role in the long-range planning process to build and maintain cash flow projections to support strategic initiative analysis and liquidity discussions.
  • Forecast and Budget – Support the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast process. This will involve coordinating with the leadership team to ensure alignment in a timely manner.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis – Collaborate on a wide range of strategic, operational, and family office initiatives across the organization taking complex business analytics and distilling into easy-to-understand materials that lead to the appropriate discussion and decision support.
  • Financial Data Integrity & Compliance – Financial data accuracy and reporting reliability is a finance team’s number one priority, and this role will provide leadership to ensure we achieve that objective. Maintain the Treasury Investment Policy and compliance.
  • Thought leadership – Show up as an independent thinker and be authentic in discussions with all levels of the organization. Performs the role of internal consultant for the senior leadership team.
  • Passion – Be passionate about learning the entire business and the competitive ecosystem. Be engaged and ask questions to gain clarity and proactively contribute to Marvin’s success.  

You're a good fit if you have

  • 7+ years of treasury experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience at manufacturing company > $1 Billion is preferred.
