The National Retail Account Manager, Costco, is responsible for developing and managing the Costco relationship to grow sales and market share for Infinity from Marvin, a premier line of fiberglass replacement windows and doors. This role will monitor compliance with Costco agreements, develop and implement retail partner onboarding processes. The National Retail Account Manager will build and manage the Retail Account team and be the key driver of in-market sales and operations.

Highlights of your role

  • Own and be responsible for daily operations with Costco and Costco Program dealers.
  • Monitor and ensure Infinity’s compliance with all Costco manufacturer and dealer agreements.
  • Lead the Costco Account internal team, including recruitment, training, and on-going development.
  • Increase revenue with Costco and Costco Program Dealers through development of launch and expansion plans and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize operational processes to ensure superior customer experience and satisfaction for Costco Members and dealers. Create and maintain essential documentation.
  • Learn and gain proficiency in operating systems, including Salesforce, CRM, Infinity Designer, sales tools, and Costco systems like Centah, etc.
  • Represent Infinity as a knowledgeable, professional, and respected brand ambassador, embodying the image and values of the organization.
  • Build the Costco Dealer network through collaboration with the Infinity Sales Team, dealer recruitment, and selection of dealers for the program. Monitor and measure performance of dealers against sales targets. Ensure dealers are meeting process and service requirements.

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Ability to work with and leverage technology to enhance effectiveness in sales role
  • Understand pricing and retail financial models
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Strong drive for results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

We also want to make sure you have:

  • 7+ years of professional sales experience, preferably consumer products to national accounts.
  • Previous management experience in home improvement, construction, or related field with direct reports.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including attending annual conventions and sales meetings.
  • Must demonstrate past successes in national account sales and business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, nonverbal, and presentation); able to convey strong, clear messages to target audiences of all sizes including co-workers, leadership, customers, and industry groups.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Demonstrated planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills at multiple levels.
  • Skills to manage ambiguity and lead change.
