Principal Accountabilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Identify, compile, and document business requirements through Interviews with relevant stakeholders, requirements workshops, and existing documentation
• Analyze business requirements to assess fit/gap with technology enablement, needs vs. wants, and legal or statutory requirements.
Solution Design:
• Partner with development teams to translate the project requirements into a functional design.
• Create design mock-ups
• Document logic for formulas and calculations
• Validate technical mappings
• Review design recommendations with peer or solution architects
• Communicate designs within the design team and with other stakeholders
Testing:
• Develop test scripts to ensure requirement is met
• Execute or coordinate the testing of cases and scripts
• Assist with product, user acceptance, business simulation, and/or regression testing, as required
Training Content Development:
• Develop content for training materials based on designs
• Review training materials
• Deliver/support training of Super Users and BU users as needed
• Support “go live/hypercare” activities, including remedial training (if necessary), solution break/fix tasks and miscellaneous trouble-shooting
Required:
• 5+ years relevant business experience
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments

• Experience facilitating meetings and/or group discussions
