Description Job Responsibilities:
Assist Operations Lead with developing monitoring plan tools configuration/integration, instrumentation of KPIs and definition of dashboards and reports
Assist client in evaluation and rationalization of monitoring tools
Identify tool capability gaps and recommend technical solutions
Aid in integration of ACI monitoring processes, procedures and escalations with client equivalents with eventual transition to the client

Mandatory 4+ years experience with information technology architecture components, principles, procedures and practices. 4+
Experience with integration of ACI monitoring processes, procedures and escalations with client equivalents with eventual transition to the client. 4+
Working knowledge of the software development cycle. 4+
4+ years experience developing monitoring plans including tools configuration/integration, instrumentation of KPIs and definition of dashboards and reports. 4+
