Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for coaching and developing sales associates and cashiers to ensure performance standards.
Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service and maximizing store goals.
Responsible for acquiring and possessing a knowledge of store merchandise.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Requires a minimum of (2) two-year years’ experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
Candidates must be team players with excellent motivational and leadership skills upholding the Non-negotiable standards and have the ability to deliver and coach exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A college education is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
