Position Overview:

The BIM Coordinator/Revit Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies into our engineering projects. This individual will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of BIM methodologies, primarily utilizing Autodesk Revit software.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or Revit Specialist in an engineering or architectural setting.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) a plus.

You Will:

• Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company-specific BIM protocols.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D Revit models for engineering projects.
• Implement best practices for Revit modeling, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers and drafters to integrate design changes into BIM models.
• Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Implement quality control processes to identify and resolve issues in BIM models.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM processes and Revit software.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
• Foster collaboration between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless integration of BIM into project workflows.
