Team Mancuso Powersports in Houston, Texas is looking to hire a General Manager! The qualified candidate will be able to drive profitability, customer and teammate retention, grow the business, and have a passion for the powersports space.
We are looking for someone who will:
Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently
Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units
Guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
Use your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
Develop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
Communicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needs
Model superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience within a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
Thorough knowledge of and experience with sales of powersports
Proven track record of success managing teams
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
Exceptional face to face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
