As a Bartender you play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience, by providing service in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. This role is responsible for selling and serving food & beverages using your knowledge, hospitality, and service skills. This individual must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional with excellent knowledge of food & alcoholic beverage selections.

Dolce Riviera emulates the breezy, spectacular resort of the Italian Riviera or Capri seaside. The upscale Italian restaurant features a nostalgic nautical theme that beckons recollections of the ‘La Dolce Vita’ era, once heralded as the golden age of cinema and dynamic creativity.
