We are currently searching for a full time Receptionist to work Monday – Friday. The candidate must be able to work cooperatively with staff and physicians. Key responsibilities include welcoming patients and visitors, collecting patient identification cards and insurance information, updating patient accounts, collecting copayments and deductibles, and other administrative duties; must have ability to multi-task. Medical terminology, experience with gMed EMR and Next Gen practice management computer systems a plus.
You must possess a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience (preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery Center), experience in Endoscopy ASC is plus, ability to speak and understand the English language, strong ethical and moral character references, and excellent telephone and basic computer skills.
