Job Description

Salary: $60,000 per year

Schedule: 9am-6pm M-F, Weekends/evenings as needed

Location: Baltimore, MD

Travel: The ability to travel to different Volo cities is required, up to 40% of the time. All travel expenses are covered by Volo.

Reports To: Senior Vice President, Integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Strategy

  • Provide Vice Presidents and other department leaders within the organization with insight and analysis of select operations and platforms
  • Maneuver and plug into key areas of the business to support ongoing projects and initiatives with the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work cross functionally to drive results across organizational metrics and areas where more documentation and definition is required
  • Work closely with the SVP Integration to identify and provide recommendations for improvements on processes across the department and organization (as requested)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, and put structure in place to boost efficiency and growth
  • Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives across training, human resources, and general business operations
  • Establish tools and processes that local markets can utilize to promote best practices across operations, sales, and talent acquisition

Department Reporting, Data Management & Analysis

  • Support in monthly reporting across relevant departments and platforms to inform National Strategy, and local team decision making
  • Collect data and provide analysis to support program evaluations and ensure brand quality 
  • Work with the National Director of Learning and Development to analyze evaluation data and trends and create improvement plans where applicable 
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form for use internally and/or externally depending on the project and audience

Qualifications

MUST-HAVES

  • BA or BS degree; minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in leading program strategies with the ability to identify and respond to opportunities while tailoring, designing and managing innovative, high-quality programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends (as needed)
  • Ability to travel
  • Can marshal resources effectively and comfortably navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented project manager – you have experience managing multiple projects across function areas and feel comfortable wearing many hats
  • Dynamic personality interested in working in, and contributing to, a fun and active work environment - inside the office and out in the field

  • Experience using systems such as Asana, Workday, When I Work, Monday.com, Rippling, TeamWork Online, Clickup, 15five, Google Suite, Trainual or other Learning Management Systems
