Qualifications:

Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
1 or more years of quota bearing commission-based sales experience required
1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
Ability to work in fast paced environment within a team-centered environment required
Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
