ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Professionally represent GH Phipps and effectively support Company strategic initiatives
- Establish and foster positive long-term relationships with internal customers and business partners

- Cultivates new and existing business relationships by actively engaging in client pursuits, RFPs, and project interviews
- Executes GH Phipps’ operations policies and procedures throughout construction process
- Embraces a lean culture and work environment
- Is responsible for the following:
- RFIs, submittals and mock ups
- Permitting process
- Third party testing and design-team field reports
- Document control (PE I, PE II)
- Archival of project information and close out processes
- Partners with superintendent to develop and update schedule and manage project milestones
- Sending out schedule update
- Cast-in-place concrete process
- Procurement and coordination of doors, frames and hardware
- Pre-punch and punch list processes
- Change management process
- Subcontract management process
- OAC Meeting preparation
- Setup of project specific GH Phipps’ QA/QC program
- Startup and testing requirements in accordance with GH Phipps’ QA Program
- Safety preplanning, ILSM Plan, ICRA, and MOPs
- Material delivery schedule
- Manages the following:
- Project budgets, costs and financials
- Preparation and completion of AR/AP and billings
- Preconstruction efforts
- Maintains excellent relationships with owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and project team
- Coordinates pre-planning efforts with project team
- Partners with superintendent to ensure compliance with company environmental, stormwater, and safety programs
- Has awareness of, and ability to research and enforce, building codes
- Mentors and trains direct and indirect reports
- As a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by company
- In-person, predictable attendance at assigned location
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) to seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required
SKILLS
- Proficient in CMiC
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES REQUIREMENTS
- OSHA 30 Certification is required
- WELL AP Certification preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred but not required

- Verifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skills
- Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens
The salary range for this position is $ 73,710 - $ 93,900 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
