Proposed Work Description
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The nature of business is that priorities can shift according to the needs of the company/department. Therefore, described below is a sampling of the kinds of work we expect this position to entail:
- New production line support
- Operational Excellence (OpEx) projects
- Supporting managers on executing Quarterly Master Plan
- Aseptic Training Program Support

Education & Experience
- Pursuing degree in Engineering discipline, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences or related field.
- Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, production or manufacturing.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed primarily in office, laboratory, manufacturing and construction sites.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and at heights as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Eligibility for medical benefits and company 401k
