Our client is a fintech firm that provides alternative investment firms platforms that transforms how advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and banks evaluate and recommend bespoke public and private market strategies for their high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses
Coordinate Zoom interviews when necessary, with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams
Assist with updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Follow up with interviewers and candidates post-interview and compile feedback
Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed
Partner closely with HR and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process
