About the Company:

Our client is a long-short equity fund looking to hire a hybrid role of a Research Coordinator and Executive Assistant. The role consists of corporate & research access coordination with the sell-side, analyst research support, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expenses, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate corporate and research access with the sell-side
  • Maintain team’s calendars, contacts, and tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence for team
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Assist analysts with research and projects
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts on behalf of the team
  • Pro-actively anticipate work assignments whenever possible

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous support experience preferred
  • Ability to manage team and other internal/external investment professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness in executing projects

Salary Range:

$100,000-$110,000
