Job Descriton :

This Webseal Systems Engineer will be responsible for implementation of application integration to WebSEAL from a project engineering delivery perspective. Applicants must have 7+ years of IDM/IAM experience, 3+ years of Tivoli Access Management (TAM) experience, 2+years of WebSEAL experience.

Requirements of Webseal Systems Engineer :

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support system

Skills of Webseal Systems Engineer :

Experience with administering the TAM/WebSEAL tool, create objects, policies, junctions, adding identity attributes, fine tuning the configuration for best response time.
Implementation of application integration to WebSEAL from a project engineering delivery perspective.
Experience with installing, upgrading, and configuring TAM/WebSEAL
