DANTE'S BAR BARTENDER JOB DUTIES
Your role as a VALUED BARTENDER AND CRYSTAL BEES TEAM MEMBER! To provide an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE to our Guests. Ensures that all guest have a memorable drinking, dining & entertainment experience, through knowledge, salesmanship and genuine hospitality.

• Provide fast, unobtrusive,friendly and attentiveservice. Have a genuine hospitality demeanor, and the ability to smile!
• Follow the Crystal Bees service model, follow the 5 Ft. rule.
• romptly keeps service managers fully informed of all problems or unuual matters of significace. Takes prompt corrective action where neceary or uggestlternative courses of action.
• Creates a warm,funatmosphere for guests and team members
• Adheres to company's sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Dressed iproper dress code requirements, non-slip shoes, looking neat, clean and professional at all times. All uniforms should be pressed, all team members may have guest contact and need to put forth their best appearance.
• Follows all time clock standards. Punch in / punch out in full uniform.
• Maintainresponsibility for persol bank and ensures all financial trasactions are accurate y operating credit card machies correctly, calculating and returning approprite change, and maintaiing adequte cah and coin for makigchange.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxicatiod dealing with itoxicated guests, brings any issues to attention of Manager
• Assesses guest demeanor and identifiewhen behavior should be called to the attention of Manager.
• Serves guestprimarilyin Dante’s Bar, Crystal bowl areas, includiggame,billiard & VIP areas if asked or needed.
• Follows llbar recipeto deliverconsistent product, controlcosts, and maximize Guest satisfaction.
• Keeps station clean, stocked, bar is presentable at all time to the Crystal Bees’ standard, clean as you go
• Greetsnewly seatedguests'in friendly, genuine nd timely manner, and bids a genuine farewell to guests leaving, ask about the experience, if not so good, attempt to have guest to manager,
• Accurately takeguests' food and drink orders.
• Maintais a thorough undertandig of ll menu itemnd is able to answer questions regarding food and drinkitemnd their preparation.
• Enterorders intoPOS quicklyand in proper sequence,using appropriatemodificationand charges.
• Ensures food is properlygarnishednddelivered todesignatedtbles,servers own sectio, aswell as other sect ionsithe restaurt,as needed.
• Works quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy.
• Assistsiparty set up and breakdown when requested or assigned to party.
• Assistother team members as needed or as business dictates. Busses and reset bar & tables as needed in a very timely manner
• Responsible for all sales on personal POS keys and completing station side work at the beginning and end of theirshift.
• Stay up to date on all ongoing training, industry standards and best practices.
• Participatesillincentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
• Follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control, while maximizing the guest experience.
• Ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaiing drink levels, removingclutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and respondig to the guests’ needitimely manner.
• Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately.
• Maintains a favorableworking reltionshipwith all outside vendors and Crystal Bees team members to foster andpromotecooperative, productive, effective andharmonious working climate.

• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required, including holidays
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with plenty of distracting conditions
• Move about venue, standing / walking for 100% of shift. Repeated bending & stooping while serving guests
• Listen to guests orders and needs, communicate clearly with guests verbally, non-verbally and with team members verbally or by POS
• Ability to read & write English handwritten notes
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds or/over 30 with assistance.
• Any reasonable requests by management team needs to be executed to individual’s best ability to Crystal Bees standards.
- TIPS Certification a plus!!!!
