Our client is a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM with a focus on global real estate. The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, data management, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the actual, shadow, and split payroll processing for all global employees in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure all payroll changes are included for each pay period
Provide support for APAC HR programs, such as benefits administration, talent acquisition and onboarding
Provide support with employee communications around ESPP & RSU processes
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Opportunity to learn various tax concepts, such as gross to net payroll, global mobility tax
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of relevant experience
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in payroll processing software is a plus
