Job Description:
Answer all incoming telephone calls, assist callers with questions as needed, and transfer calls to the appropriate department/employee.
Always maintain professional appearance and behavior.
Greet all visitors to the company, and either direct them to the appropriate department of employee or call the appropriate department or employee informing them of the visitor.
Sort and distribute incoming mail as well as prepare outgoing mail.
Assist in office management, organization and cleanliness procedures.
Serve as back-up to receiving clerk.
Monitoring office inventory.
Processing Invoices and scanning documents.
The receptionist may be asked to perform other duties as specified by the supervisor/leadership team.
Must be able to attend work on a regular basis.
Required:
Excellent oral and written communications
Proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint is desired
This person must be able to demonstrate confidentiality when dealing with personnel issues and critical thinking skills
