The Senior Manager of Product Implementation is a new position within Supply Management, responsible for overseeing the supply chain program implementation process for all new programs and program changes. They will lead the process from end to end, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility throughout the process and implementations are completed on time.
The successful candidate will:
- Support an integrated program change across supply chain and functional areas
- Manage program transition from cross-functional teams, interfacing with segments, data management, distribution and culinary services
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to identify and prioritize program changes that will have a significant impact on the business
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to activation and post-implementation review
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize supply chain implementation processes
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations for corrective actions
- Oversee the coordination of new product needs and specifications as identified by the segments
- Manage data collections and analysis on program changes
- Present at monthly meetings with updates to all pending implementation projects
