Fraser is hiring motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work Full or Part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible schedule.
This position would be working directly with clients, doing everything from helping out with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning activities in the community. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with:
- Medication administration
- Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
- Money management
- Treatment documentation
- Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
- Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
- Planning and transportation to/from activities
- Community integration
Fraser Offers:
- $17.00 -$19.00/hour pay with a valid drivers license (plus meals on some shifts)
- Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).
- If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

Available Locations & Schedules:
- Fraser is currently hiring for Full or Part-Time staff.
- Variety of different locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.
Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
- Ability to pass DHS background study.
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
