Fraser is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This role offers a variety of opportunities to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions in Occupational Therapy. We work with all children, adolescents and young adults. We tailor our services based on the strengths and challenges of each client. Open to New Grads!

Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
- Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress.
- Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
- Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
- Communicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.

Compensation:
- Starting at $70,000 per year
- $2,000 or $5,000 hiring bonus

- Master’s Degree in discipline as required by license or governing board
- Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required
- Accepting upcoming and new grads!
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check
