Fraser is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Clinical Trainee to provide individual and family therapy to adolescents at our Bloomington clinic. In addition to providing outpatient therapy, you have the unique opportunity to co-lead adolescent day treatment for ages 12-18. Fraser provides weekly individual and group supervision at no cost to you, training and growth opportunities! As a clinical trainee or a mental health professional, you hold a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and are pursuing or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISCW).
Outpatient Therapy:
Our therapists support children, adolescents and families through these difficult times by providing individual and family therapy with a wide range of diagnosis including but not limited to trauma, reactive attachment, autism-co-occurring. Therapy services are provided in clinic or via telehealth.
Adolescent Day Treatment:
Helps 12-18-year-olds regulate their emotions and behavior by developing coping, problem-solving and social skills. It combines group therapy and skills training to help individuals maximize their potential. In this position you would co-lead adolescent day treatment 2-4 days per week for a 3 hour session (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 3-6pm), this includes monthly family sessions for each client.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy
- Perform crisis interventions
- Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments
- Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers
- Positively affect change in client’s lives in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills

Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, standard business hours with 2 days until 6:00pm.
- Starting salary is $55,000 for a Clinical Trainee and $71,000 for a Mental Health Professional, actual salary will depend on qualifications (DOQ)
- Position eligible to receive bonuses for exceeding productivity expectations, in addition to annual pay for performance
- Clinical Trainee staff receive 8 hours of supervision/month at no cost to you!

Qualifications:
- Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
- Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting
- Ability to transport yourself in reasonable timing from one location to another for training, coverage, etc.
