Tasks:
The CFA provides case file management services to properly track, manage, and coordinate open and closed investigations/cases.
- Properly serialize and record documents into the database.
- Utilize the tracker databases as needed.
- Organize and separate serials by file number, sub-file number, and serial number.
- File documents and maintain them in appropriate proper locations within the file room system.
- Setting up and organizing the file room.
- Ensure proper classification marking.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. degree.
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in casework
- Skills: Basic computer skills, to include use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook); organization skills; flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Citizenship: US Citizenship Required
