The position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Operations and Biologics Drug Substance Business Development (BD) Teams and Madison site operations, by providing analyst support of forecasting and reporting of late-stage development and commercial activities.

The Role
- Prepare advanced analyses to identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business
- Win/Loss Analysis: analyze win/loss data from CRM
- Contribution Margin Analysis - Develop and maintain a sustainable process for site profitability analysis by client program and scope of work.
- Forecast and support revenue capture from licensing milestones
- Maintain KPI metrics for Com Ops/BD reporting
- Develop visual dashboards for Com Ops / BD / Proposals across DS Sites
- Other duties as assigned.
The Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years biologics experience/knowledge preferred
- Experience in a business analytics role preferred
