This intern would have a primary focus on fulfilling the food service management piece of a self-guided dietetic internship. Location could vary between both campus locations, or one location if preferred by intern. Total hours would depend on the intern’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist director and/or executive chef with food service management projects.
- Learn kitchen compliance and monitor/audit kitchens.
- Other duties as needed to fulfill food service management requirements.
Qualifications:
- This internship is open to current Undergraduate or Graduate students.
- Studying dietetics or related field preferred.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited dietetic internship self-guided program.
