Responsibilities:
Act as level 3 support; resolve end-user requests and bugs across multiple products
Work with users to collect, validate, and document data and reporting needs
Facilitate implementation of business requirements for all technology initiatives
Participate in user acceptance testing and support system training
Provide continuous evaluation of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives
Identify areas of risk, while monitoring the current environment, potential improvement areas, and the financial implications of those decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree on computer science or related field required
3-5 years of related work experience
Experience working with SaaS vendors
Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
Experience in iPaaS/integration tools such as Workato, Mulesoft, and/or Zapier
