Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Process expenses, invoices, and reconciliations
- Welcoming, greeting, and directing guests
- Answering main line and directing calls
- Assisting in general conference room scheduling
- Coordinate local messenger service for all office employees
- Maintain mailroom and copy rooms daily
- Sort and distribute daily mail delivery
- Orders general office and kitchen supplies
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous admin experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
Salary Range:
$80,000-$100,000
