About the Company: 

Our client is a woman-owned construction company with an annual revenue of $15 million a year. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance along with building out the accounting and finance function, implementing processes, and overall helping to set the company up for more growth.

Responsibilities: 

• Owning all monthly close activities
• Monthly financial reporting company wide
• Comparison of monthly and year-to-date actuals to budgets
• Quarterly reporting to banks including statement of cash flow and WIP
• Semi-annual and annual reporting including footnotes
• Annual preparation of budgets with divisions and semi-annual updates
• Other projects as directed by owners

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8-12 years of related experience within the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Willing to be in an “all hands on deck” position

Salary Range:  

$160,000-$200,000
