About the Company: 

Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations.

Responsibilities:  

• Prepare capital calls and distributions for responsible entities
• Monitor deal flow
• Maintain the books and records for firm and partner entities
• Prepare the quarterly and annual reporting for tax compliance
• Prepare periodic external reports including use tax filings, property tax declarations, and certain regulatory reports
• Monitor and reconcile fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5-8 years of private accounting experience
• Experience at an asset management firm
• Experience working with an ERP/general ledger system
• Knowledge of VPM or Agresso is a plus

Salary Range: 

$85,000-$125,000
