About the Company:
Our client, a financial services firm, is hiring an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who will provide support to the Managing Partner of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the partner and family with maintaining and monitoring tasks, scheduling, and deadlines
- Assist in scheduling business and personal appointments, administrative support, and managing healthcare needs
- Manage office administration, with comprehensive and accurate record-keeping systems
- Logistics management, including travel planning
- Organizing catered lunches and meetings, and occasionally assisting in party planning
- Minor accounting duties including weekly payroll, payment of bills, and monthly credit card reconciliations
- Be a point of contact between the partner and internal departments, clients, and key stakeholders
- Draft and prepare external and internal correspondence, meeting notes, board minutes, and other correspondences
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
- Travel occasionally to NY headquarters and firm offsites as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office
- Manage complex office administrative work
- Highly responsive and flexible
- Meticulous attention to detail
Salary Range:
$150,000-$175,000
