The BRAVE Regional Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of all operational program elements within the northern, southern, or central region of Florida. The manager will also be responsible for attention to health and welfare of the clients served; and for the implementation of operational and programmatic procedures to ensure compliance and quality of the program. Responsibilities include training, management and ongoing development of staff. The Supervisor will ensure the timeliness and appropriateness of the services provided by Community Health Associates and that all services provided are conducted in accordance with Care Connect+ policies and procedures.

  • Providing leadership and direction within the Region to ensure organizational standards and policies are maintained and followed.
  • Guiding and directing regional staff, including staffing, orientation, development, delegation and performance management.
  • Mentoring and guiding regional staff for the purposes of expanding their capabilities and building management and supervisory depth in the organization.
  • Provide vision and inspiration to team members; translates strategy into action, develops action plans; sets expectations; monitors delegated activities; and provides recognition for results.
  • Collaborating with the BRAVE Medical Director and Executive Director to set quarterly goals for self and program, and to ensure the program is functioning optimally and effectively.
  • Evaluating needs and recommending opportunities for program development and expansion in the Region.
  • Responsible for regional reporting and outcomes.
  • Research, develop, and implement programs that support BRAVE efforts and fill identified needs in the region.
  • Achieve behavioral health outcome goals as defined by the BRAVE and Care Connect+
  • Perform additional duties as assigned including participation in marketing events to inform and secure new clients and take part in existing client special events as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by department.

Education

  • Associates Degree in Community Health or Related Area required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 2-years Working with Nonprofit Organization
  • 3 years Working with Vulnerable Populations
