Job Description

  • Upon training, be able to perform all basic / key functions associated to Department.
  • Wave orders according to criteria and capacity with accuracy when needed.
  • Provide coverage to key functions in the operation when needed.
  • Be able to work with / lead others to complete a task (s).
  • Perform systemic transfers for packing components as instructed.
  • Assist in the VASROOM in processing orders for all Brands and services.
  • Partner with External Departments for assistance when needed.
  • Coordinate replenishments when product is needed at location.
  • Assist in packing order per Brand following Brand specifications.
  • Coordinate to Customer Management when needed.
  • Assist with any Data Entry / file actualization as needed.
  • Assist in editing/cutting/canceling orders in system when needed.
  • Provide coverage for E-commerce Supervisor and Lead when needed.

Other Responsibilities as needed:

  • Report any unsafe work conditions to management
  • Work overtime on an as needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Keep a neat, clean, and safe work area.
  • Act as an active member of the Distribution Center team.
  • May be required to work in other departments within the Distribution Center.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • E-commerce experience helpful
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Minimum two years experience in warehousing or distribution environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, WMS systems and JD Edwards Inventory
