JOB SUMMARY
Looking for a dynamic, ethical Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in embedding verbal behavior programming in a classroom setting. Must have an understanding of child development and be comfortable using developmental milestones in treatment planning for children with ASD. Experience with staff training and caregiver coaching is a plus!
Education and Credentials:
Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience:
Experience in designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones.
Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused programming for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Experience in early childhood education and child development.
Preferred qualifications:
Expertise in team building and utilizing BST to train and supervise a team of behavior technicians.
Experience providing classroom consultation and transitioning skills across a variety of environments.
Experience working with children 12 months -7 years.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive full-time salary, commensurate with experience and education.
Consistent work schedule (M-F 8AM-4PM) compensation not tied to billable hours.
Small caseloads (average 5-10 children) depending on recommended treatment hours.
