Job Description

LPN - Full/Part Time Positions

Shift- 7am-7pm (2-3 days per week)!

Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily.

Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician's orders.

Communicate with the physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, labs, or other agencies when necessary. 

Escort the individuals to their dr. appointments.

Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and provide assistance.

Basic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before a an offer is extended (Employer Paid).

Other basic job requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check 
• Tuberculosis Screening Test Results
• Physical
• CPR/First-Aid
• 1 year experience with developmentally disabled
• . Recent 7 year Motor Vehicle Report copy if  hired
