JOB SUMMARY

Looking for a dynamic, ethical Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in embedding verbal behavior programming in a classroom setting. Must have an understanding of child development and be comfortable using developmental milestones in treatment planning for children with ASD. Experience with staff training and caregiver coaching is a plus!

Education and Credentials:

 Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field

 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Experience:

 Experience in designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones.

 Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused programming for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

 Experience in early childhood education and child development.

Preferred qualifications:

 Expertise in team building and utilizing BST to train and supervise a team of behavior technicians.

 Experience providing classroom consultation and transitioning skills across a variety of environments.

 Experience working with children 12 months -7 years.

Compensation and Benefits:

 Competitive full-time salary, commensurate with experience and education.

 Consistent work schedule (M-F 8AM-4PM) compensation not tied to billable hours.

 Small caseloads (average 5-10 children) depending on recommended treatment hours.
