We are the Threat Prevention & AppID QA team. Our QA team is at the core of our products – deliver the best of security services on the cloud to prevent cyberattacks. We are constantly innovating – challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity.

Our engineers don't shy away from building products to solve problems no one has pursued before. To stay ahead of the curve, it's critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we're facing. For the fastest growing cybersecurity company, the curve is the evolution of cyberattacks, and the products and services that proactively address them.

Our engineering team is at the core of our products – connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks. They are constantly innovating – challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a BS or MS degree or equivalent military experience required
  • Software Development or QA experience in the cybersecurity, networking and related areas
  • Experience in writing test plans and test cases, strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools and procedures
  • Strong Python (or other similar) Scripting and/or automation
  • Strong experience  in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs
  • Strong experience  in L4-L7 protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP)
  • Experience with installation and configuration of (HTTP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, MAIL Protocols, etc.) on linux and windows environments
  • Understanding of how the Internet works at a network packet level is essential
  • Experience with open source test and Network traffic generating tools and good to have experience with typical test tools from Spirent, Breaking Point, and Ixia
  • Knowledge and experience of next generation firewall and its IPS engine is a plus
  • Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS,GCP,Azure or any other clou

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $144,200/yr to $233,200/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
