Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings
- Distribute packages and mail as delivered
- Provide onboarding support for new hires
- Assist with tracking accounts payable invoices and submit for approval
- Assist in event planning
- Provide general upkeep of the office
- Periodically provide executive level support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of admin/reception experience within financial services
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Concur a plus
Salary Range:
$65,000-$80,000
