Physical Therapist Qualifications:
State Licensure to Practice Physical Therapy ( PT ) (REQUIRED)
Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
Must Pass a Drug Screening and Level 2 Background Check
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
