Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• State Licensure to Practice Physical Therapy ( PT ) (REQUIRED)
• Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
• Must Pass a Drug Screening and Level 2 Background Check
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
