Maintenance Mechanic IV - $41.40/hr +$5,000 SIGNING BONUS
We are hiring on night shift, shift is 5:15pm-5:30am. Shift runs on a rotating 2/2/3/2 work schedule. All new hires initially start on the Monday-Friday day shift (5:15 am-2:30pm) to participate in New Hire Training. Following this training period, Mechanic IV's are assigned to their regular work schedule overnight from 5:15pm-5:30 am on a 2/2/3/2 rotation.

Job Overview: As a Maintenance Mechanic IV, you will diligently follow safety protocols (like lockout/tagout procedures) and perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance (PM) on plant equipment and machinery. Equipment repairs/replacements include but are not limited to pumps, fans, gearboxes, piping, fabrication, conveyors, and large rotating equipment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 8 years of related industrial mechanical experience with the following: predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventative maintenance (PM); lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures; advanced blueprint reading; compressors and pneumatic systems; reverse & laser alignments; troubleshooting & repair of pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and pneumatic equipment
Passing of industrial mechanical written AND practical tests
Passing of all pre-employment testing which includes:
Criminal background check
Employment and academic verifications
Drug screen & physical
Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program preferred, but not required
Proficient English (reading and writing) and math (adding, subtracting, multiplication) skills
Must be able to communicate in English language
Physical Requirements:
Required to wear respiratory protection up to 12 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
