Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or healthcare administration and at least 8 years of experience related to the essential functions of the position. Five years of experience preferably in a healthcare setting (1) performing analysis of financial or clinical data (2) summarizing findings with conclusions (3) developing presentations for management review. Advanced proficiency or certification in Microsoft Product Suite with ability to apply analytic skills and statistical process to effectively sort, aggregate and analyze data with intent to recommend processes. Demonstrated experience in building ETL for large data sets and relational databases. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases. Knowledge of reporting packages, SQL, VBA, BI tools and programming. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
