Position Title: Assistant Clinical Coordinator - LPN
Overview: The LPN Assistant Clinical Coordinator aids the Regional Care Manager in scheduling staff and other functions in the office. This position also prints and reviews for accuracy physician orders. Schedules staff weekly using patient information system. This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

You Have:
- Current Florida LPN License required
- IV Certification Required
- 1-2 year’s hospice experience preferable
- 1-2 years scheduling staff, preferable

- Ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles.

Location: Chiefland
The Chiefland Hospice Care Center opened in December 2004 and is located at 311 NE 9th Street in Chiefland. It is surrounded by lovely gardens and is a 16-bed facility that offers Southern-style architecture. Chiefland is known as the “Gem of the Suwannee Valley,” Chiefland offers many different facets of quality living that make it one of the best places to live in Florida. Winner of the 2000 Florida Rural Community of the Year Award. Chiefland has largely remained true to its rural heritage. Farming is still an important way of life, and many newcomers have chosen to settle in the area to enjoy the peaceful, pastoral lifestyle amid some of the most beautiful natural surroundings in the country.
