GENERAL SUMMARY
As a Digital Management Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the synergy and execution across multiple digital initiatives. Working closely with our clients, business partners, platform strategy, UX, web development, and creative teams, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of platform tools and alignment of ongoing updates to deliver a cohesive experience on Lexus.com.
The ideal candidate will be able to articulate agency perspective on recommended solutions that support business objectives and identify when risks could hinder our clients’ goals. The candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and UX/UI principles, and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management & Communication:
• Build relationships and maintain daily contact with clients at multiple levels and key business partners.
• Partner with other Management Supervisors (MS), Account Supervisors (AS) and an Account Executive (AE) for execution; and inspire, motivate, train junior team members as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Account Director on strategic and executional pipeline to strengthen Lexus.com’s connected customer experience, and elevate concerns or risks to project execution or scope as necessary.
• Play a substantive role in presentations to clients, including project planning and selling creative and technical solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients and other business partners, assisting them with platform and innovative solutions.
• Be willing to engage clients on difficult issues.
• Guide the work through client approval process.
• Ability to translate analytics or insights for better stakeholder understanding to champion further improvements.
New Platform Initiation and Integration: lead new platform execution from kick-off to launch through hands-on work as well as team mentorship, guidance and facilitation. Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Own and lead platform projects on the business they work on.
• Define project parameters and develop comprehensive project briefs reflecting client needs of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with platform strategy, UX, web development and creative teams regarding project direction and integration.
• Maintain business requirements throughout course of execution.
• Provide insight to agency team members regarding client business and project-specific needs.
• Manage client expectations regarding timing, schedules and process.
• Consult with appropriate stakeholders and subject-matter experts in the idea development process.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues as appropriate with agency counterparts; know when and where to articulate risks or concerns based on impact project, timeline or scope.
• For enterprise-level platform work, collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders for holistic planning and execution.
• Oversee upcoming workload and development pipeline with known or potential projects.
Cross-Platform Consistency Updates: Maintain optimal and consistent guest experience across existing owned digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Platform Strategist to create optimization and enhancement roadmaps for existing owned properties.
• Involvement on prioritization of platform backlogs considering its impact on the guest experience and client priorities.• Oversee maintenance of existing platforms, both for performance optimizations and brand or consumer marketing needs.
• Proactively communicate new updates or enhancements to cross-functional teams responsible for other areas of Lexus.com to ensure consistency and a cohesive customer experience.
• Identify cross-brand impacts with other agency counterparts and effectively collaborate on solutions to benefit all parties.
Additional Day-to-Day:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and website development.
• Champion agency process to ensure quality of work.
• Contribute to areas of cross-department thinking.
• Participate in and gain full working knowledge of project metrics.
EXPERIENCE: 5-7/+ years of Digital Account Management experience, including 1 year supporting webdev, platform or technology innovations.
SKILLS
• Familiarity with product/platform backlogs and their maintenance in an Agile development process.
• Highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
• Able to identify and communicate the role of specific enhancements in furthering a strategic goal.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for team members and clients of all levels.
• Capable of effectively and proactively collaborating with variety of agency and client stakeholders.
• Plan, facilitate and create reports on client collaboration sessions.
• Possess the demeanor and desire to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, agency partners, business partners and internal teams alike.
• Manage complex digital projects and navigate initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
EDUCATION: Degree from an accredited university or college is strongly preferred.
