Description

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for a Lease Accountant. (Hybrid Remote-in office 2-3x a week)

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary duties:

Update Lease Accelerator (lease accounting software)
Coordinate with lease administration personnel to obtain accurate and timely lease information
Process lease payments
Review general ledger and prepare and post journal entries
Perform account analysis and reconciliations
Prepare documentation for external auditors

Skills\Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or at least 5 years’ experience in the accounting field
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently

Areas of responsibilities:

Lease accounting – Right of Use and lease liability for new, modifications, terminations
Lease accounting – Capital Lease Assets and financing liability for new, modifications, terminations
Rent roll and prepaid rent accounting
General accounting processes
