Perform hourly rounding on patients and families: assess for comfort and basic needs, inquire if they have questions for the care team.
Assist with basic personal care: brush hair and set up to brush teeth, assist with makeup or beauty products, assist with repositioning.
Answer phones and call bells as well as facilitate patient/family communication.
Assist with the admission process by greeting patient upon arrival to room, orienting patient to room, phone and call bell, updating white boards.
Contribute to a clean and organized work environment by delivering clean linen, stock carts, label items, keep rooms clean of debris and clutter, wipe down equipment as well as pulling linen carts and emptying trash bins as needed.
General errands/tasks as directed by Manager/Administration.
Assist with delivery of meal trays as well as documentation of basic intake and output after meals, pick up meal trays
