The Supply Chain Coordinator will manage orders, monitor inventory levels, and resolve customer order issues in our dynamic retail environment utilizing Microsoft Dynamics D365. The hybrid role will support efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory tracking, and exceptional customer experience for our Sushi Kiosks. You will collaborate with retail operations, warehouses, and customer service to keep our Supply Chain running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders in D365 to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability and process substitutions as needed.
- Assist in customer order issues by investigating delivery issues like overages, shortages, and damages.
- Regular updating of customer facing pricing/inventory portal
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales, and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and support ordering decisions.
- Communicate with internal customers via email or phone to provide updates and solutions.
- Partner with sourcing and product management to ensure limited-time-offers and promotions are executed without issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and support to supply chain team in the field regarding inventory management processes and technologies.
- Builds reporting to track key performance indicators
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Annually
