Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement tools and processes to optimize embedded software integration workflows.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Identify and execute on opportunities for operational improvements and increased team efficiency.

  • Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to users of new tools and processes.

  • Lead complex projects and initiatives that support operational excellence across teams.

  • Mentor and support the growth of team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and innovator, introducing advanced practices in system design and integration.

  • Maintain a T-shaped skill profile, combining deep domain expertise with broad interdisciplinary knowledge.

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate how delivered solutions create value across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in system design or embedded software integration.

  • Strong expertise in developing tools and operational processes for technical teams.

  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar).

  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and drive measurable improvements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey technical insights clearly.

  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing others.

  • Lifelong learner with a passion for advancing both personal and team capabilities.

  • Recognized for cutting-edge thinking and the ability to influence across teams and domains.

  • Well-rounded T-shaped engineer, combining deep specialization with broad technical agility.
