MAINTENANCE HELPER
About the Job
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Helper, you will be providing support in maintaining and optimizing machinery and equipment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintenance while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians in routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairing machinery and equipment.
- Assist in equipment setup, modification, and relocation as needed.
- Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Participate in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of task.
About you
Qualifications & Professional attributes
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in a career in maintenance or related field.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance needs.
- Forklift operation or other relevant certifications are a plus.
