MAINTENANCE HELPER

About the Job

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Helper, you will be providing support in maintaining and optimizing machinery and equipment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintenance while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians in routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairing machinery and equipment.
• Assist in equipment setup, modification, and relocation as needed.
• Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of task.

About you

Qualifications & Professional attributes

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in a career in maintenance or related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance needs.
• Forklift operation or other relevant certifications are a plus.
